Entry is now open for the Hertfordshire Digital Awards (HDAs) which is offering gold, silver and bronze prizes across ten categories.

It is the first time that organisations from Hertfordshire will be able to compete for a range of accolades based solely upon their work online and entry into the scheme opened in January, 2015.

The HDAs – which are backed by the Hertfordshire Mercury Group – are free to enter and it takes less than two minutes to complete an application online at www.hertsdigitalawards.co.uk

Sponsors of the scheme include the recruitment consultancy SuitRecruit, based in Sawbridgeworth, and media training company Training with Capricorn.

“Use of Social Media”, “Website” and “Mobile App” are just three of the categories to be judged by an independent panel of experts from the digital arena.

The other categories include “Use of Video For Business”, “Online Marketing Campaign”, “School, Education or Charity Website”, “Responsive Website”, “Small Business Website” and the blue ribbon accolade for “Online Business”.

The closing date for entries is July 17, 2015 and a special awards evening will be held on September 24.
